Wk 3 Lab
I added my sitemap from the lab this week. All in all, I didn't have a lot of fun with it. The HTML side of web development makes a lot of sense to me because it resembles code. CSS is more of an alien thing to me though. It's less intuitive to me and part of that is probably lack of interest. Margins and borders aren't exciting but they're important part of web development through CSS. Hopefully I can get my brain around them and have a less miserable time next week.
I am finding myself having these same feelings. I enjoy writing the code, but the CSS aspect seems rather bland. It is very tedious and seems more like the interest of a graphic designer perhaps. I am realizing, however, that it is very important in modern computing. Everything is displayed online, and you want it to be as presentable as possible. Hang in there, I am sure you will start to get it.
